Last Day of Kindergarten

So proud of Parker this year. He transitioned into Kindergarten very well and blew us all away with his reading and math. Looking forward to what 1st grade brings!

Parker grew 1.5 inches and gained 5lbs.

Auntie JJ's Wedding and Monterey June 2014

In June we got to go to Monterey for almost a week and stay and Grammy and Poppa’s beach house. We were there to celebrate the marriage of these two (below) 30 minutes away in Capitola.

 The kids had a blast going to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and hanging out at the beach everyday. They loved having twin beds in their room and a hot tub right outside the back door. A good time was had at the wedding as well. Where Parker and Mabel made their wedding party debut. They both did awesome and absolutely adorable! We all danced for hours and even Lyla showed us some moves on the dance floor. It was a great vacation and a beautiful wedding.

Personal Record! & Sheena's 32nd Birthday

Parker has been doing great on his swim team. Today against Glen Oaks (Sheena's Birthday) he promised his Mom a first place ribbon and a third place ribbon for her birthday (both better than he's ever gotten before). Just like he called it, he earned first place (4th heat) and a personal best in Freestyle 25m (±0:53) and 3rd (3rd heat) in backstroke 25m (±0:58). He was so excited, you can totally see it in his face on the picture when he was getting out of the water.
