Easter!

There is so much to catch up on! I am going to start with Easter and probably do a second post later about our vacation to Cabo.Easter was such a gloomy day, but Parker didn't seem to mind. We had been practicing hunting "eggs" (balls) around the house and he was really into it, so I was excited for the real thing. After breakfast and opening his Easter basket, it was time to hunt!
Luckily we beat the rain, and Parker excitedly ran around finding all the eggs. After he found them, he kept looking around hoping there would be more. So Trevor threw the plastic eggs back onto the lawn and Parker was off again.

He looked so handsome in his Easter outfit.

Some other stuff...
Parker is really loving numbers, colors, and occasionally letters. He can usually identify which color is which, but his favorite color has been yellow. He loves saying it! Purple is next. It's really neat to watch his mind working as he is thinking of which color to say.

Everywhere we go Parker recognizes numbers and gets so excited. At the grocery store, Sam's Club, and signs. He points, screeches, and shouts the number. He is always counting something randomly aloud or on his fingers. Yesterday while I was cooking dinner, Parker was shouting out numbers in the living room. When I peeked in, he was singing along to This Old Man. I could have melted.
