Trevor considers me a "cookie snob" because I prefer to eat freshly baked, soft, warm cookies and I don't really like day old cookies. I also consider myself a good baker, so when these cookies came out of the oven it was a bit of a shock. I can swear that I put in ALL of the ingredients, but apparently something went wrong.

Maybe your baking soda or baking powder is too old. Then again, you are a mom.... and you can be distracted! ; )
These look like EVERY COOKIE I EVER MAKE!!! I am the WORST baker, but I'm sure that this was simply a fluke for you...and they probably tasted delish!
