We met with Dr. VanGundy yesterday and all looks good. He said that the back leakage that he noticed 6 months ago is the same, which is great. Back leakage is very common after an arterial switch, so we are happy that right now it's minimal! And we have a whole year before we got back for another check-up!!!
Parker absolutely loves to read books. Right now his favorite is Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed. He likes to point his finger and shake his hand for "No more monkeys jumping on the bed!". Its super cute. So now when it's story time he starts shaking his hand after every book I read, kink of like he's requesting Five Little Monkeys! I can't believe he will be a year old in 3 weeks!

you don't know me, but you have been in contact with my sister heather, whose baby has TGA. I just wanted to let you know she is in labor right now (she has preclampsia) and they induced her today. please pray for her and the baby, she told me how nice it was to talk to you and that you were very helpful! thank you!
