6 Flags

Parker, Trevor, and I went to 6 Flags Discovery Kingdom on Friday. Trevor and I were so excited to take Parker there and see his reaction to the rides and animals. The first ride we went on was kind of the first ride we saw. It looked harmless, and it was, but it did a little more than we were expecting. It was a balloon ride that went up and slanted and spun around like tea cups!!! I was just hoping that Parker wouldn't get scared on the first ride and not want to get on anything else. And luckily he wasn't. He kind of grabbed onto Trevor's arm for a while and gradually warmed up to the ride.
Next we headed over to the much anticipated Thomas Town! Although all the signs for the rides said "Should not ride if... Pregnant", I snuck on Thomas for a short train ride. Then we went on a few more rides before heading over to see the sharks.
Parker really liked seeing the fish and sharks above and wanted to go through again. After the sharks we headed over to have some lunch.

After some food in our tummies we continued on with more rides and saw more animals too. The day went by fast and we all had a really good time. I just loved seeing his little face light up after every ride and his little squeals for the butterflies and animals. Hopefully we can make it again before the baby comes!
