We have been overwhelmed with all the support and love we've been receiving from friends and family. I love hearing stories of friends praying for our sweet little girl. Initially I accepted the questions of "how is Lyla doing" as kind of a vague question that no one would really want to hear the fine details of. But -- I was wrong.Our Carmichael Johnsons blog was set up to be a family history of photos and journal entries that we'd publish every year as a family keepsake, and so thus far I haven't said too much about medications and procedures that Lyla has received. She is currently in the hospital for her 3rd visit, this time as the result of a very high fever and cold. She has stabilized, but has been there about 6 days so far.
I've set up a separate blog just for Lyla that details her day-to-day health and record of procedures and medications (all things that are kind of hazy now from Parker's surgery). Please feel free to follow both blogs - we love all the support we're getting and are so lucky to be surrounded by so many who care about our family.
