Gone Banana's

So last Friday was Trevor's birthday. Happy Birthday! I would have posted sooner but Parker and I have been super sick. Poor little Parker had a terrible cough, runny nose, and mild fever. He was miserable. But we are finally feeling better and I think Trevor enjoyed his birthday. He had his favorite, marble cake and enjoyed a day with gifts and family.

We are continuing the attempt of getting our baby to eat baby food. After 3 weeks of trying carrots, green beans, and sweet potatos, Parker finally decides he likes bananas! Of course. He willingly opens his mouth. It's so much easier to feed him. This week we also tried some homemade butternut squash which he seemed to like at first, but gags a little. We'll keep trying...

At 6 months our little boy is sitting up all by himself!!! He still is a little rocky but will sit for like 10 minutes and just play. He is just growing so much and talking up a storm.
